Meet Lucinda

Warm, welcoming, and unfailingly optimistic, Lucinda Rogers is not just a coach; she is a mentor, collaborator, and steadfast supporter of anyone on a journey to better health and happiness. For Lucinda, coaching is more than a profession—it is her calling.

 

With a heart as expansive as her 25 year expertise, Lucinda Rogers stands out as a Wellness Coach for the warmth, care, and emotional intelligence she brings to every interaction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas, a Certificate in Wellness Coaching from the Cooper Institute and earned her Certified Personal Training credentials through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  Always in pursuit of personal excellence, Lucinda is currently studying to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. 

 

Before making Austin, Texas her home in 2009 to focus on Wellness Coaching, Lucinda was the entrepreneurial spirit behind Healthy Living by Design, a full-service gym and wellness center in Wimberley, Texas. This venture embodied her philosophy that true health is holistic and encompasses body, mind and spirit.

​

Her rich tapestry of experiences is not limited to the civilian sector. Before embracing marriage and motherhood, Lucinda served with distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps. Her five year tenure included significant work at the Kaneohe Bay Substance Abuse Counseling Center, where she worked on a team assessing and providing outpatient treatment for personnel grappling with alcohol and food-related issues. Additionally, under the guidance of the Head Naval Chaplain at Pearl Harbor, she facilitated personal growth and transformation retreats, further honing her innate ability to inspire and heal.

 

Lucinda’s unique life experiences have allowed her to create a coaching environment that is both structured and incredibly nurturing - embodying compassion, wisdom, and an unyielding belief in the potential of each individual.
