Individual Wellness Coaching
Service Description
Highly individualized and collaborative, wellness coaching is a client-centered process that guides and empowers individuals to use their unique strengths, visions, and values to achieve self-determined goals in several wellness domains. These domains include but are not limited to: fitness, nutrition, stress management, personal growth, financial fitness, occupational and relational satisfaction, and organization and time management. Wellness Coaching sessions are conversation based and last approximately one hour. During your one hour session we will celebrate your successes, talk about challenges you are facing, explore relevant techniques, approaches and solutions, set strategically sound goals, and finally make firm commitments to follow-through.
